Withdrawal requests submitted via GCash are typically processed automatically and credited within ten (10) minutes for verified accounts with a clean transaction history. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are typically processed within one (1) to four (4) hours. Player deposits are held separately from jl12's operational funds. jl12 does not use player deposits for corporate operational purposes. However, jl12 does not hold player funds in a third-party trust arrangement, and player funds are not protected against insolvency in the manner that regulated banking deposits are protected.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available through jl12 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and tournament prizes — are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion. Where specific promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion, bonus funds awarded to a jl12 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each promotion is stated in that promotion's terms.
jl12 reserves the right to limit bonus eligibility, modify bonus terms, or withdraw promotional offers at any time and without prior notice, except where a player has already claimed and is actively wagering through a specific bonus at the time of modification. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including through account duplication, collusion, or systematic exploitation — will have bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
Unless stated otherwise in specific promotion terms, bonus credits and associated winnings that have not been wagered within thirty (30) days of being credited to a jl12 account will expire and be removed from the account balance without replacement.
All non-live games offered on jl12 — including slots, RNG table games, fish shooting games, and crash/instant games — use Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that are embedded within each game provider's proprietary software. jl12 does not control, modify, or influence the RNG outcomes of any game offered on the platform. jl12 makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical interventions, or circumstances beyond jl12's reasonable control (including internet service disruptions, acts of God, or regulatory directives) may result in temporary unavailability of the platform or specific game categories.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jl12's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to jl12 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. jl12 shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind.
All wagers placed on jl12 are placed voluntarily by players exercising their own free will. jl12 accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of player decisions. Gambling involves risk; players acknowledge this risk when they register an account and place wagers on jl12.
All content on the jl12 platform — including but not limited to the jl12 brand name and logo, the website design, user interface elements, marketing materials, and all associated text — is the proprietary intellectual property of jl12 or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the jl12 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any jl12 content without express written permission from jl12. All game content and software provided by third-party game providers remains the intellectual property of those respective providers and is used under licence.
jl12 reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time and without prior notice where jl12 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jl12 support. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player's registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

These Terms and all matters arising from or in connection with the use of jl12 shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable online gaming regulatory frameworks relevant to the Philippine market. Any legal proceedings arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts with competent authority in matters related to online gaming operations in the Philippines.
jl12 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — affecting player rights in a significant way — jl12 will provide notice to registered players via the registered email address or through a prominent notice on the platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate implementation is required by regulatory direction.
The date of the most recent revision appears at the top of this document. Continued use of the jl12 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. Players who do not accept amended Terms should cease use of the platform and contact support to arrange account closure.
